Will I receive my confirmation email?
It is possible that the confirmation email is sent later. In 90% of the cases your order has been received in good order. Have you still not received a confirmation after 4 hours? Check your spam folder or check your order in your account under 'orders'. Is there no order there or do you want to make sure that it went well? Then contact us.

What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item/delivery, please contact us immediately by email info@savoirwholesale.com or via WhatsApp +31 6 38141688. When making this report, please provide your order number, let us know which item it concerns and send photos of the item. This way we can process the complaint immediately.
